4-Layer Hamburger and
Macaroni Casserole
2 (12 oz) pkgs Stouffer Macaroni & Cheese, defrosted, divided 8 oz Lean Ground Beef 2 tbsp Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix 2 tbsp Sour Cream 1/2 c Diced Tomato 1/3 c Crushed Potato Chips or Tortilla Chips 1/2 c to 2 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine beef and seasoning mix in large skillet. Cook over med-high heat, stirring occasionally 2-3 min or until beef is no longer pink. Combine 1 pkg macaroni and cheese and sour cream in a medium bowl. Spread over bottom of 8"x8" baking dish. Top with beef mix. Spread remaining macaroni and cheese over beef mix. Top with tomato, potato chips, and cheese. Bake 20-25 min or until bubbly around edges. |
